March 2010: When aboard Luv2Fish Charters, you do not need a saltwater fishing permit, (I purchased one for the boat), however don't forget when your fishing on your own, you do need one. You can pick one up at Dick's Sporting Goods, or call your local B&T shop, they might have it.
